What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Early arrivals and slow departures are usually possible — just ask, and Rewards members enjoy late check-out as standard.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are warmly welcome in Sunset Pines Lodge (up to two, free) and by arrangement in the other cabins. We provide beds, bowls, and treats; please keep pups off the white quilts.
Is breakfast included?
A farm breakfast hamper is included with every stay — eggs, bread, preserves, coffee, and juice. Hot breakfast in the dining room is available daily for $24 per person.
Can we cook in the cabins?
Yes — every cabin has a full kitchen, and grill decks are stocked with charcoal and tools. Our dining room also delivers to your door until 9pm.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before arrival, 50% up to 7 days, and we always rebook credit where we can. Packages follow the same terms. Travel insurance is recommended in winter.
Do you host weddings and retreats?
Yes — Clifftop Mansion hosts up to 30 guests and the Grand Retreat up to 40 with our events team. Write to us with your dates for a plan and quote.
Is there wifi and cell service?
Every cabin has fast wifi and a work nook. Cell service is good on the ridge and patchy on the far trails — which most guests consider a feature.
