Farm Breakfast
Eggs from our hens, bread from the stone oven, preserves from last summer. Served in the dining room or in a hamper on your porch.
The Lodge Table
An intimate journey of flavors, from our garden to your table.
Our kitchen cooks one menu each day, built that morning from the garden and neighboring farms. Breakfast arrives as a farm spread; supper is three courses by candlelight; and everything in between — picnic hampers, fireside cocoa, porch lunches — is one call away.
Cabin delivery runs until 9pm, and the dining room keeps a table for residents every night. Tell us your needs once; we remember them for every visit after.

What the beds are giving: crisp salads, wood-fired flatbreads, and soups that taste like the season. Light, bright, and unhurried.
Three courses by candlelight, with a cellar of mountain wines and a toast — always — to the sunset you just watched.
Saturday cooking classes, harvest suppers, and private feasts for your table of twelve. Aprons provided; appetites required.
Staying with us? Your table is already kept. Visiting for the evening? Write to us and we will set an extra place.
